Michael Mwitumwa graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Degree in Quantity Surveying from South Bank University, U.K., in July 1999, and has over 20 years Post Graduate Experience gained in both Botswana and Zambia.
He is a fully paid-up member of the Institute of Botswana Quantity Surveyors (IBQS) & is registered to practice quantity surveying in Botswana with the Quantity Surveyors’ Registration Council of Botswana, registration number (PrQS (BW) 0065). Michael was elected to the Disciplinary Committee of IBQS in November 2013.
Michael is proficient in all aspects of Quantity Surveying comprising Cost Estimating, Measurements, preparation of Tender Documents, Valuations, Cost Control & Reporting, & Preparation of Final Accounts & provision of Quantity Surveying Expert Services in arbitration proceedings.
He has an excellent working knowledge of dedicated Quantity Surveying and related software such as WinQS, QSPlus, DimensionX, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
